Abstract: An induction motor (IM) is very initial device of industry. It is the key part of every rotating machine. All industry, around 95% of the machines is used induction motor as a primary mover of load. IM is important rotation and driving section in machine, that's why, it is most necessary to monitor its condition of machine to overcome any unwanted failure or stoppage of production in industry. The issue of the induction motor in industry over it would not be affordable due to remarkable financial loss, unpredicted shutdown, and the associated repair cost. Proposed study developed a condition monitoring system (CMS). It is monitor operating condition monitoring (OCM) and fault diagnosis analysis (FDA) in IM. The proposed system can acquire real-time vibration and electrical signals of IM and then analysis it particular time interval. Here we are proposed Periodogram Mean Square Power Spectrum (PMSPS) to analysis spectra of acrostic signal by using Nearest Neighbour classifier to check fault in Induction motor and analysis of motor condition.
