In today time while analyzing geodetic , considering the effects caused by Solid Earth Tide at a particular station in the form of displacement at station and its subsequent influence at station while computation and interpretation of the data in the form of time series of coordinates as well as related data products associated with it . In this research work, particularly effect and temporal variations in position of the station at IIT Roorkee campus, due to earth tide, has been carried out. Surface tidal vertical displacement of the station is computed for a particular day and also for full month by using the concept of gravity. Results shows that the station undergoes displacements temporally and its coordinates varies continuously within a day and also all the days in the month. The range of vertical displacement of the selected station has been found to be about 46 cm for full month, with the maximum above mean surface is 28 cm and maximum below mean surface is 18 cm.. And for the particular day vertical displacement of the station has been found to be about 29 cm for the particular day, with the maximum above mean surface is 20 cm and maximum below mean surface is 9 cm.en_US
