| Abstract: | Internet communication security has become more difficult as technology advances, particularly for resource-constrained devices like chipsets, wireless sensors, Radio - frequency identification, and IOT gadgets. These devices are protected against intruders by using lightweight cryptographic technologies. Individuals who have a full knowledge of lightweight block ciphers will be able to find better methods to defend sensitive data as technology advances.Cryptanalysts (the study of discovering flaws in cryptosystems and cracking them when possible) are breaking previously unbreakable cyphers as time goes on. This paper provides an overview of modern lightweight block cypher techniques, as well as performance studies for a variety of performance metrics like as RAM capacity and computation cycles. |
