| Abstract: | Human activity recognition(HAR) is very significant and is having various applications, including ubiquitous computing, and smart monuments. HAR has motive to identify the activities which are performed by humans. Recognition of the such activities is possible by using the psychological and physical signals which are recorded by attaching intelligent sensors to human body which are able to record those signals. Instruments having sensors like these can be gyroscope or accelerometer etc. These instruments help to simplify such recording. HAR is a very mostly used now a days and having number of examples in research field in todays time. There are methods for getting knowledge about human activity. This can be done by converting attributes which are basically covered under geolocation and environment related particulars, motion, physiological signals . The technologies discussed in this study have been used in various areas. Now a days, advancement in various technologies is emerging tremendiusly like in AI(Artifical Intelligence) and Internet of things etc. Apart from these technologies, the Internet of Healthcare Things (IoHT) also evolved in HAR as the mobile devices and wearable are expeditiously evolving these days. |
