Abstract: The world's emerging countries are mostly responsible for the recent surge in urbanization. As a result, urban planners in developing countries are under enormous pressure to build planned urbanization that includes increased infrastructure and essential public services. Many countries, including India, have taken part in this planned urbanization's "smart city" development as one of their major endeavors. The Smart Cities Mission's purpose is to promote cities that provide basic infrastructure, a fair quality of life for citizens, a clean and sustainable environment, and the use of "Smart" solutions. The focus is on long-term, equitable development, with the objective of developing a replicable model that may be used by other aspiring communities.
