The architectural profession is undergoing significant transformations driven by rapid technological advancements, evolving client expectations, and innovative project delivery methodologies. This thesis, "Managing Transitions: Creating a Management Education Curriculum for Architectural Career," addresses the critical need for a specialized management education framework tailored for architectural professionals. The proposed curriculum aims to provide architects with a robust foundation in essential management skills, encompassing project management, risk assessment, cost estimation, and quality control. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and design thinking abilities. This comprehensive curriculum is designed to integrate management principles with architectural practice, fostering a holistic educational experience. It promotes the development of innovation, analytical thinking, and a profound understanding of the social, cultural, and environmental contexts within which architectural projects are conceived and executed. By equipping architects with these interdisciplinary competencies, the curriculum aims to prepare them to address complex problems, drive innovation, and contribute meaningfully to the built environment. The research involved a detailed analysis of current architectural education frameworks, industry demands, and stakeholder perspectives to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the proposed curriculum. The resulting program is structured to enhance the professional capabilities of architects, enabling them to succeed and lead in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.en_US
