Abstract: Board games have been a source of fun, entertainment, education, awareness and social interaction with various types contributing to diverse preferences from long ago. History and strategy-based board games especially offer players a great engagement in blending historical inspirations with immersive game play. This project explores the impact and design of history inspired strategy board games inspired from the kingdoms of ancient India showing us the culture and heritage. Designing a well-crafted strategy-based board game which takes us into the vibrant world inspired by Indian historical rulers. The game has a beautifully designed to show 10 kingdoms equally designed into 5 distinct regions-North, South, East, West and Central regions- each consisting of two distinct kingdoms inspired from history. Players get into the roles of historically known rulers, each having unique special moves, resources and landmarks inspired by cultural significance. This game is not just a competitive strategy game but also serves as a tool to spread awareness and is thought provoking. It also motivates the players to do strategic thinking, planning and resource management. By introducing dynamic elements like action cards, resources and protectors. The combination of historical inspiration and strategy will appeal to a broad audience.
