Abstract: In today's fast-paced digital landscape, developing and improving design systems is critical for elevating user experiences across multiple platforms. In the domain of Data as a Service (DaaS), user interface design is essential for improving user experiences. This research investigates the development and implementation of design systems designed specifically for DaaS platforms, with a focus on incorporating feedback and status methods to humanize the user interface within the feedback UI framework. The project involves a complete assessment of existing design systems across various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop interfaces. Through this analysis, valuable insights into effective design strategies, component libraries, and UX methodologies are acquired, serving as a basis for assimilating best practices within the Feedback UI design system. Furthermore, the paper emphasizes the necessity of stakeholder alignment during the planning and implementation stages. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures that the Feedback UI design system matches with organizational goals while also providing a consistent and user-centric experience across DaaS products and services. At the core of the report are the essential components of the Feedback UI Design System. Through meticulous design and refinement, these components aim to optimize usability, accessibility, and consistency within the DaaS ecosystem. Key considerations include modularity, scalability, and flexibility to accommodate future enhancements and expansions.
