INTERACTIVE LEARNING PLATFORM FOR FOSTERING CREATIVITY

Abstract

The primary goal of this User Experience (UX) project is to create an engaging educational application that will encourage the artistic skills of young teenagers, giving priority to graphic works. By applying knowledge drawn from the literature on teenage brain development, creativity, motivation, and user experience design, this undertaking aspires to come up with a platform placing the user at the center and fostering expansion of users’ creative capabilities. The project is meant to offer unique cognitive experiences that tap into their inventiveness by exploring neural underpinnings of adolescent creative cognitions, the effects of creativity on growing brains, as well as the underpinnings of both learning and creativity in terms of motivation to teenagers. In summary, the objective of this UX project is to create an innovation educational app which not only unleashes the creative potential of young people but at the same time supports their cognitive and emotional growth. Thus, the project intends to make a webbased tool that promotes creativity among youth while taking into account what has been learnt about neuroscience in addition to psychology as well as user experience design (Harmansah, 2006). With it, the up-and-coming generation will be equipped with skills they need for their work including confidence as well as innovative thinking so that they can excel in life.
