Abstract: In this study includes the mathematical modelling of human hand arm model (2 DOF) which could be solved by the Matlab and find out the hiodynamic responses like transmissibility and power. After that solid modelling of hand arm (up to elbow) done in Solid Works' which converted into the 'IGES' file and exported to ANSYS' for the vibration modal analysis, which gives the different mode shape at their respective natural frequencies. The experimental study has been done in the vehicle dynamic lab. This experimental study included the six male subjects to find out transmissibility nature. All the subjects holding the impact drill in right hand of 6.5 mm. 8 mm and 12.5 mm diameter of drill size which subjected to random vibration targeted on metal alloy, concrete block and wooden block. i'ransmissibility measured in three different postures horizontal direction, vertical direction and over the head from hand to wrist (HTW) and hand to elbow (HTE). The result shows that transmissibility is higher in 1-ITW than 1-ITE and its increases as per the drill size increase. Also, transmissibility is higher in over the head and horizontal direction compare to vertical direction and transmissibility is higher in stiffer material like metal and concrete block. Thus transmissibility shows the linear relationship with drill size to be drill. After that to minimize the error and find out the optimum value of constraint Genetic Algorithm' is used. Genetic Algorithms has been used for development and simulation of models and also used find out the constraint value stiffness and damper, the best fitted value is used to minimize the error. After finding the value of constraint. transmissibility plot shows the upper value, lower value and the average fitted value with best goodness fit. In the final chapter work done in this related topic has been discussed and concluded along with possible future work directions.
