The Development of Form Stable Phase Change Material (FSPCM) has gained attention for their potential of efficient thermal energy storage. This Project involves Exfoliated Graphite as thermal filler, phenolic resins as the binder and organic Phase Change Material (PCM) as the thermal buffering agent. The primary objective is to maintain the structural property while enhancing its performance in thermal energy storage applications. This study outlines the preparation of Exfoliated Graphite and phenolic resin composite through compression moulding in different formulations and subsequent absorption of PCM. The research advances the potential of Graphene-based form-stable PCM, to incorporate it in Battery Packs to improve battery pack efficiency and to facilitate its potential in temperature maintained Packaging Boxes and Bottles. The findings provide valuable insights into the mechanical and thermal behavior of FSPCM, paving the way for future innovations in sustainable energy solutions.en_US
