dc.description.abstract | To find, assess, and engage with suppliers, businesses employ a process known as supplier selection. The selection of suppliers, which is essential to the success of any firm, uses up a sizeable portion of its financial resources. The reduction of purchase risk, the enhancement of overall value to the buyer, and the development of solid, long-lasting relationships between buyers and suppliers are the primary goals of the supplier selection process. For the same reason, using Multi-Criteria Decision techniques is being researched. I used the AHP method to select the best supplier for my dissertation project. | en_US |
