Abstract: Mushrooms are found naturally in the wild but are also cultivated by farmers as an indoor crop. It is also characterized by high sensitivity to ambient conditions such as humidity, temperature, etc., So some large farms use modern technologies to increase the quality and quantity of the crop. One of the most popular cultivated mushroom crop species worldwide are White Agaricus (button mushroom); in this project (stage 2), it has been studied how to control temperature and humidity in a closed mushroom box, the design of the box, its contents, the control system inside it, how to design a suitable heat exchanger which matches desired response time (to achieve optimum temperature (16-18 c) within 10 minutes maximum) and how to control humidity to achieve optimum value (85-95%).
