dc.description.abstractMultiferroic Composite xNi07Zn03Fe2O4- (1-x) BaTiO3 with composition x0.25, 0.30, 0.35 were prepared by the solid state reaction method. X-Ray Diffraction analysis confirmed the presence of tetragonal perovskite phase for BaTiO3 and cubic spinel phase for Ni07Zn03Fe204. Microstructure analysis of the composite materials was studied by Field Effect Scanning Electron Microscope which shows narrow grain size and controlled morphology of the composites. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composites shows a normal behavior with respect to increase in temperature from 0-500°C corresponding to frequency range from lKHz- IMHz.The magnetic properties of the composites were also measured by vibrating sample magnetometer shows high value of the magnetization with respect to the magnetic field. Magneto dielectric properties were also measured. The dielectric constant and magnetic properties provide better results for the composition x0.35 of the NZF.en_US
