dc.description.abstract | The main aim of this dissertation work is to understand the technical knowledge and scientific aspect related to the paper machine approach flow system. specifically with the basic requirement of' changes in approach flow system. for fulfill this requirement the project has been designed to change 100 TPD(Tons per (lay) to 150 TPD paper machine production. In this report literature survey has been carried out in the area of design of paper machine approach flow system with the help of Tappi technical information sheet. The objective of this project is to solve some immediate problem related to the paper machine approach flow system of technical understanding along with the discussion to the industrial field trips. For the success of paper machine approach flow system concept related to fluids behavior, modification in different approach flow components and their interaction with a whole system was also analyze. On the basis of' work carried out during this project analysis the most effective design is double dilution in paper machine approach flow system. Result obtained during this project has beneficial in terms of machine operation as well as improvement in productivity with respect to the changes in individual subcornponents in paper machine approach flow system | en_US |
