Enterprise Resource Planning makes the heart line of any Organization which aims at timely delivery of product to the customer. Thus, bringing co-ordination among all the departments in the Organization. But this timely delivery of product to the customer needs the timely supply of raw material resources. This results in the need for a Supply chain management (SCM), which plays a key role in today's Business Environment to achieve the product realisation from raw material to finished product. This network is followed by certain strategies right from the intake of raw material from the supplier till the product is finished and supplied to the customer via wholesaler and retailer. To make the entire network to work in constant pace there is a need for the integration of ERP with SCM which can be broughi through implementation of E-procurement in the system as a first step to realize this integration. This dissertation report gives a brief outline of ERP and SCM. Thus aiming for their integration through E-procurement. A case study has been conducted how c-procurement is being implemented at Composite Manufacturing Division (C.M.D), I-I.A.L, Bangalore and its process model with analysis using iGrafx process 2013 software package. Also a framework along with its analysis for inventory visibility is discussed and finished with a detailed report on how E-procurement acts as a step for integration of ERP with SCM.en_US
