Al—Si—Pb alloys are the materials used for automotive and aerospace industries because of their good wear properties and corrosion resistant as compared to other alloys. Al alloys due to having some specific properties like high strength, good wear resistance, low density, and low coefficient of friction etc. The main advantages of Al alloys is low density due to this it has high strength to low weight ratio. The Process by which world's strongest Aluminum alloy is achieved and revolutionizes the aerospace parts manufacturing is spray forming. Spray Forming process has the main disadvantage is porosity that can be eliminated by mechanical processing like Rolling and Forging. In the present work, the spray formed disk of AL-6S1-20PB alloy was characterized. Characterization like Microstructure, Surface Porosity, Volume Porosity, Vicker,s Hardness and Wear Resistance (Pin on disk). After the characterization one mechanical processing Uni axial Forging was done. After uni axial Forging all the characterization has been performed and find that the mechanical properties like Hardness, Wear resistance was improved and Porosity was approxirnateiy eliminateden_US
