Abstract: Zr alloys are very nuportant materials (or nuclear industries and they are used in the form of polycrystalline material. The rnanulhcturing components consist large amount of deformation. Bulk deformation processes are usually carried out at high temperature. above 0.51' 1 where i'' is the absolute melting point of material. Generally such type of processes implies high strain rate, benelicial to achieve good production rate. The high temperature process allows achieving large strain in it single step without any failure. so final product can be produced in fewer steps. Microstructure of' material changes during hot deformation, so one important objective is to obtain mierostructure which show better properties. The understanding the constitutive behaviour of the different element in Zr alloy is required for Zr material processing
