Nano-alloy polymer composites are widely used nowadays in producing components for various devices such as Sensor. I lyperthermia Diagnosis, memory elements. Magnetic Resonance liiiagiiig. lilectromagnetic absorber, targeted drug delivery system, listening devices etc. The method of preparation directly controls the physical and chemical properties of the nano-alloy. Although there are various methods [or preparing the nano-alloy, but the polyol reduction is the 'implest and economical Way for preparing the nano-alloy in hulk quantity. In the present work Cu-Ni nano-alloy or Fixed composition were prepared by polvol reduction method and the PVA was mixed with the nano-alloy and (inally the powder was pressed into pellet by using the hydraulic press. Then the pellet thus formed was charaeterii.ed to study the morphology and its use for biomedical devices. Magnetic measurement was carried out on Super Quantum interibrenee devices (SQUID) by taking 0.0349gm sample of the nano-alloy polymer composite powder. The SQUID result conFirmed the use of this nanoconiposite in biomedical kvices such as in targeted drug delivery system and in the diagnosis of hyperihermia. This ilanoconiposite can also be used in manufacture of Storage elementsen_US
