In this report, a 3 point estimate method has been presented in solving a power flow problem, incorporating uncertainties in both generation and load. A Weibull distribution is used to model wind generation and normal distributions are used to model load variations. Gram Charlier expansion theory has been used in obtaining the output density functions. Results based on a modified IEEE 14-bus system are presented and compared against those obtained from Monte Carlo simulation.en_US
