Differential amplifier is a circuit used to amplify the voltage difference between its two input terminals hence it is immune to noise. It is used in microphone to reduce the noise, and is used in almost all analog circuit like DAC, ADC etc. Now because of scaling, in deep subsub- nano meter regime the gain of differential amplifier is reduced and it is hardly more than 20. Conventional MOSFETs cannot produce much gain in deep sub-nano meter regime so it has to be replaced by another device. In this thesis report we will be using FinFET in palce of MOSFFT to design differential amplifier and we will be comparing two different configurations of differential amplifier i.e. low_k FinFET based and dual_k FinFET based. And then the variability analysis of both the configuration will be carried out. 'ftc main purpose of doing the variability analysis is to study the performance of FinFET when used in analog circuit.en_US
