From the past several years vehicular communication systems have been introduced in the cars and other vehicles. These communication systems are very helpful in controlling the read accidents. Low noise amplifiers are key components of these transceiver systems. The signal which we receive at the receiver is very weak. So it is necessary to amplif,r that signal. But it is required that noise added by that amplifier should be low because the noise added by first component in a system is get amplified at every step of the system. Therefore the first component in a receiver is a low noise amplifier which amplifies the received signal while adding low noise. In this dissertation, a low noise amplifier with operating frequency of these vehicular communication systems has been designed. The design procedure includes designing a bias network and impedance matching network. A novel approach to design a wideband bias network has also been introduced. Such low noise amplifier can also be used in low noise receiving systems for radio astronomy, radar, satellite communications, terrestrial communications and allied purposes.en_US
