Abstract: Rail joints are provided for the purpose of joining and aligning the rail tracks with each other. I lowever, the region near the gap provided For the thermal expansion has always been the major area of deformation. High stresses are produced in the rail joint region, causing the short service life of the rails. The curved tracks are placed wherever it is not possible to settle down with the straight track to reach the destination. The analyses of the fishplate joint in a curved track is a problem including the calculations related to cant, speed, radius, roll angle and forces. A track model is made in the software Solidworks. The analysis is carried out in the Software ANSYS. A static analysis with impact point and an analysis with moving load is carried out. The comparison of the deformation produced in the curved track to that of a straight track is shown. Variation of stresses and strains with the variation of load and impact is also shown with the help of the graphs
