Abstract: This report presents the Time-Dependent and Time-Independent Probabilistic Seismic 1-lazard Assessment of North-East India. Different types of models are used nowadays, for inclusion of cluster activities in estimation of hazard. Comparison between the hazard analysis has been carried out for a complete and declustered seismicity catalogue for a part zone (ZONE I) of Northeast india with the help of analytical software CR1S1S2012. Significant changes in the probabilistic seismic hazard have been observed and it is found that the probabilistic hazard from declustered catalogue is underestimated by around 10-18% for 2% probability of exceedance in 50 years, and 13-22% for 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years of time span compared to the complete catalogue. A case study is also discussed - upon recent Nepal earthquakes.
