Abstract: This thesis explains and give a brief description of analysis of three dimensional frequency selective surfaces at GSM frequencies .It gives details about absorption coefficient at three frequencies. In this work , 3D concentric triple cylinder FSS with stable performance has been designed to control GSM (900 MHz), UMTS (1800 MHz), 4G (2.3 GHz) communication, which is highly in demand to isolate or control the human being from the microwave polluted environment. The challenge is to develop such a structure which can control all the communication band simultaneously also provide the isolation mutually to prevent crosstalk with stable response to the angularly incident EM wave. The designed 3D FSS structure has been fabricated and have good mechanical strength. Unit cell of 3D concentric triple cylinder FSS consist of three concentric cylinders. Parameters for the final design of concentric triple 3D cylinder FSS has been chosen after performing regress parametric analysis using CST software. Simulation of proposed FSS shows the narrowband characteristics, which owes its advantages to high selectivity. Concentric triple cylinder 3D FSS also insensitive to the angularly incident EM wave up to 900, which shows stable performance with incident angles and different polarizations
