The synthesis of xMnCl2/NaBH4 material mixer by using Mechano-Chemical Activation synthesis method (MCASM) from sodium borohydride (NaBH4) and manganese chloride (MnCl2) in the presence of diethylene ether (Et2O) as mixing solvent (Where xMnCl2 =10, 20, 30, 40, 50wt% of MnCl2 loading in NaBH4). The characterization of synthesized material was performed by Powdered X-Ray Diffraction (P-XRD), Thermo-Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) techniques. The in-situ FTIR analysis of prepared materials before and after decomposition was performed. The decomposition behavior of p-NaBH4 at different temperature and time were also performed in the study. The decomposition behavior p- NaBH4 and prepared materials was studied in HVC-DRM-5 reactor for 60 minute under N2 controlled flow rate of 15ml/minute. The in-situ study of thermally undecomposed and decomposed material revealed that there was same B-H stretching and B-H bending. There were some unknown peaks observed at 1453cm-1 and 1487 cm-1 wavenumbers. The FE-SEM of the prepared material before the thermal decomposition shown the spherical lumps distributed in the samples. In the present study we had compared the thermal decomposition behavior of pure sodium borohydride with the prepared materials at different time and temperature. In the present study we founded that the Mechano-Chemical Activation Synthesis Method helpful in decrease of decomposition temperature of NaBH4 [1]. The reaction analysis shown that 20MnCl2/NaBH4 decomposed highest amount of H2 gas at 373K temperatureen_US
