dc.description.abstractIn the communication system microwave circuits are mostly used for wireless communication, while RF mixer is the part of communication circuitry. Mixer mostly used for combining two signals or subtracting two signals. The speed, Isolation at input port and conversion gain of RF mixer plays important role in the receiver. This project work dealing with all the parameters of mixer and trying to improve performance of the mixer. Designing simulation based on ADS key sight 2016 environment with making hardware for this and tested physically circuit performance at appropriate RF and LO frequencies. Nevertheless, applying a local oscillator in place of the operating Frequency increased difficulty. The matching circuitry is so important consideration for mixer designing and trying to simulate with maximum power transferred to the port.en_US
