dc.description.abstractA rural setting includes 3 elements, land for agricultural production, natural surroundings, human settlements, and the architectural area. In the recent past the changes experience in rural area such as depopulation, loss of agricultural land and appearance of new activities, requires supporting tools for smart decision. The rural land use planning is more urgent with increasing population pressure and a mixed economy involves greater competition between uses. Land use change is imperative but additional vital is that the alteration in rural development and in social life. in conjunction with farming follow, large-scale centralized technology and administration modified consistently the human life and structure of settlements. Industrialized agriculture has affected the total rural area,, traditional architecture is gradually destroying, the population was concentrated, small villages and individual farms disappearing at alarming rate.en_US
