Gasification of sugarcane bagasse is one of the promising thermochemical process that convert the residue in to energy in carbon neutral process. Syngas from bagasse gasification can be also main streamlined for high added value uses such as synthesis fuel, organic acids, alcohols, etc. Therefore, this work is aimed at studying the analysis of parameters that influence the sugar cane bagasse gasification through Aspen plus model using thermodynamic model-RGibbs block which work on Gibbs free energy minimization. Different configuration of gasifiers circulating fluidized bed and bubbling fluidized bed were modelled and parameters were analyzed in these models with steam only and steam-oxygen as gasifying agents. With all analysis circulating fluidized bed with steam oxygen as gasifying agent at optimal level temperature and steam to biomass ratio efficient results were obtained.en_US
