Abstract: Wireless sensor networks are widely used technology that is used to to monitor di erent environmental condition. With the increase of sensor nodes applied to WSN, number of data transmission has also increased. CS is an emerging technology which compresses the sensor data without giving much overload to sensors. In this project, a distributed data gathering scheme is proposed using compressive sensing in mobile sensor network. Mobile agents (MAs) is used to collect data from the sensing eld. First, non uniform compressive sensing is proposed where every sensor keep on compressing their temporal data till any MA visits the sensor node. It is a non uniform CS as di erent sized temporal data is compressed to same size. Second, uniform CS is applied which is performed on the collected data by MA and taking the advantage of spatial correlation. Third, a measurement matrix is designed which performs better for non uniform CS.
