Abstract: The design of meandered line dipole antenna on flexible polyimide substrate is investigated in this dissertation work. The various properties of graphene like best electrical conductivity, thermal stability is introduced. The CST software simulated result of the design is presented which depicts the return loss of -30.88dB, omni-directional radiation pattern, fractional bandwidth of 21.38%, peak gain of 2.1dBi and VSWR< 2 with the total radiation efficiency of 76.17% at resonance frequency of 893 MHz. And the various fabrication techniques such as screen printing, chemical etching in brief of antenna on polyimide substrate is discussed. The wearable antenna design have been introduced for Cospas-Sarsat systems for Personal Locator Beacons and Emergency Locator Transmitters etc. The simulated results of propounded antenna shows the reflection coefficient of -30.62 dB and directivity of 1.88dBi resonating at frequency of 406MHz providing fractional bandwidth of 15% ranging from 377 to 438 MHz and omni-directional pattern. The antenna of compact size can be integrated on life jacket for Cospas-Sarsat application and the graphene material is used for antenna which does not harmful to human body and reflection coefficient, gain are also not affected by sea water layer
