Abstract: | In this dissertation we look at the Traffic Congestion and Car Parking condition in real time. This system estimates the traffic congestion in the particular area using the IR sensor which acts as nodes, gives the number of vehicle passing through the road where the IR sensors are mounted and this traffic data is send to the android application wirelessly through router. Detection range in IR sensor is very short so we use the ultrasonic sensor instead of the IR sensor. So as in the Car Parking System ultrasonic sensors are placed in each parking lot area for the detection of the car whether it is parked in the parking lot area or not according to that the system sends the data to the server which can be observed from any remote location. This system also includes the online booking of the parking lot for parking the car with the help of the Blynk android/ios application |
