Agriculture plays an important role in life of everyone. Agriculture is also backbone of Indian economic system. Many thing like raw material, food and opportunities of employment can obtained from agriculture. So basically we need further forecasting of different crops with respect to different parameters. And for that crop models plays an important role. Crop models, nowadays, are used as instrument to simulate effect of change in climate or effect of virtual heat tolerant cultivars; that is why it is necessary that threshold of seed set’s upper temperature, crop growth, phenological, and many other processes like nitrogen application and irrigation which are affecting the yield should be parameterized and developed from different elevated temperature experiments whether field experiments or controlled-environment chambers. InfoCrop is a generic and dynamic model for the simulation of crop growth which is used to simulate the effects of weather, soils texture, agronomic management like planting, nitrogen, residues and irrigation etc. and pests effect on crop growth, yield, soil carbon, nitrogen and water and greenhouse gas emissions. So in our research we will validate the InfoCrop Model for Sharbati Rice and HD2967 variety of wheat at location Roorkee by comparing simulated data of model with experimental data. Our experimental data contains grain yield of Sharbati Rice and HD2967 variety of wheat under control and variation of treatments of nitrogen, N (i.e. -25%, +25%, 50%) with respect to control treatment. We will compare the grain yield of simulated and experimental data and calculate the accuracy of InfoCrop model with respect to our experimental data to validate the InfoCrop Model.en_US
