Silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO)-34 were prepared using the mixed template Morpholine (Mor) and Tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEAOH) and two methods of preparation are used Hydrothermal (HT) method and Dry gel conversion method (DGC). The effect of these methods was studied by XRD, BET, SEM and FTIR. XRD showed the better crystallinity of catalyst which was prepared by dry gel conversion method. The morphology of crystals from the SEM image showed chabazite structure of typical SAPO-34, but the different size of the crystal. The catalytic performance of the catalyst was obtained at 450oC with WHSV 10. The catalyst having a smaller size showed better catalytic performance.en_US
