Respiratory system is analyzed by oirnulat ing the physical system by an eleotrical equivalent. The significance of various controlling parameters for an artificial respirator and method of computation have been discussed. Consideration involved in timing the oxygen supply by a respirator are given. An artificial respiration controller has been developed for supplying the oxygen under positive pressure into the lungs when the patient has either som, difficulty in breathing or no spontaneous effort at all. The transducer and the associated circuitary are discussed.en_US
