Abstract: This dissertation systematically presents the design of a Cavity Stabilized Gunn Oscillator circuit operating in X band range of the frequency spectrum. The theoretical study has been done to find the proper mode of oscillation and proper dimension of the cavity to get the stabilization of the .oscillator as large as possible.
