In this project the effect of different capacitors on the steady state performance analysis of self-regulated self-excited single-phase induction generator is studied and carried out for the steady state analysis and corresponding equivalent circuit model. The three-phase squirrel cage induction motor connected with three capacitor, two 'Cse series connected is stator winding and one Cp parallel with a single-phase load. To take a different value of capacitor and their performance, such as voltage regulation and stator phase current ete,are found. In this analysis from also the modified generator equivalent circuit model is formulated. This function is optimized on with minimization technique, by a software program developed in MATLAB.The different capacitor value connected to stator phase winding in series and parallel in single phase load, and by choosing the suitable value of capacitor, to give the maximum output power and voltage, phase current under rated condition iiien_US
