Abstract: The various terms as used in fan performance have been defined by the A.S.M.E. as follows. The definitions by other associations are also similar. Sta_j has a density of 0.075 pounds per cubic foot. This is based on air at 68F, 29.92 inches H~, and 50 percent relative humidity. (Ref. 7)
